This year's Banquet features an authentic 1920s upper class New York feast of over four delicious courses. As in previous years, the menu has been designed by Food Historian and special Conflux 2008 Guest Dr Gillian Polack. You do not need to be a member of Conflux 2008 to participate.
The price is $70 per head, and bookings can be made by sending in the Banquet Registration Form before Friday 26th September, 2008.
